Our restaurant is located in Valsad, tucked away in White House Lane. We are part of the West Railway Colony area on Bechar Road. It is right opposite Monghabhai Hall, which is a big landmark around here. The place is on Mahatma Gandhi Road, so it is quite central but the lane itself is a bit quieter than the main street. We have been operating here for a while now. It is a local spot where people from the railway colony and nearby houses come to eat. The building is simple and we keep the interior pretty plain too. We serve a mix of dishes that we have been making for years. It is not a place where you go for a fancy gala, but it works for a family dinner or a quick lunch. The street outside can get a bit narrow with parked scooters and cars. We know most of the people who walk through our doors. It’s the kind of place where you can just relax without feeling out of place. We don’t have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just focus on the kitchen and making sure the food is ready on time. It is a small, everyday business in the heart of Valsad. If you are near the hall, you can just walk over.
