Shahina Deshi Dhaba

Shahina Deshi Dhaba is located right on the Bhilad-Sarigam Bypass Road. We are near the Shree Om SAI Service Centre, which is a big help for people trying to find us. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of trucks and people traveling between cities. It’s a dusty spot, honestly, because of all the vehicles going towards the Sarigam GIDC area, but we try to keep our space clean. The dhaba is open long hours because the highway never really sleeps. We have some outdoor seating and some inside where it’s a bit cooler. The tea is always brewing here, and that’s what most people ask for first when they pull over. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see some of us sitting around when it’s quiet. We don't have a printed menu that changes every month; we just make what is fresh and available. The kitchen is simple, with big pots and open flames. It gets loud with the horns from the road, but we are used to it by now. People stop by because it’s convenient and they know they can get a quick meal before heading back onto the highway. It’s just a plain dhaba for travelers and workers from the nearby factories who need a break from their shift. We don't pretend to be anything else.
