Parasi Chicken

You can find us at Gundlav Chokadi in Valsad, right near the Tata Carewell building. Our place is called Parasi Chicken. We are not a big, shiny restaurant like the ones you see in the bigger cities. It is just a local spot where we cook chicken the way we have always done it. The address is 396001. Gundlav Chokadi is a busy place with a lot of trucks and cars passing through all the time. It gets quite noisy and dusty outside. We do not have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. We just focus on the work in the kitchen. Sometimes the spice levels might not be exactly the same every time because we do not use pre-packaged mixes. We do everything by hand here. We are just a small group of people working together. Some days are really busy and we struggle to keep up, while other days are quiet when the sun is too hot in Valsad. We do not have any polished corporate language to share. We are just a practical business at a busy junction. We have been here for a while and people around here know us. We do not spend money on ads; we just let the food speak for itself. It is a simple life and we are just trying to do a good job for the people who stop by our little shop.
