Our facility is located at Survey No. 239 in Village Salvav, right near the Morai Railway Crossing in Valsad. Being close to the railway is important for how we move things. Shree Ajit Pulp And Paper Limited is a busy place with a lot of heavy machinery running most of the time. The air always smells a bit like damp wood and steam because of the pulping process. It’s a big site, but it’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s a working mill. We have a lot of local people from Salvav working here. The days are long and the work is often loud and messy. We take raw materials and turn them into paper products. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend all night getting them back online. It’s just the nature of the industry. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy entrance or a polished lobby. We care about the output and making sure the rolls of paper are up to standard. The railway crossing can cause some delays for the trucks, but we’ve learned to work around the train schedules. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We’ve been here a long time and the rhythm of the mill is just part of our lives now.
