Zuma Restaurant

Our place is located right inside the Hampton By Hilton Hotel over in Alkapuri. It's at number 14 in the Friends Co Op Society area. If you know where the Alkapuri Gym Khana is, we are directly opposite that. It's a busy part of Vadodara, but being in the hotel makes it a bit quieter inside. We get a lot of people staying at the hotel, but locals come in too. It's just a restaurant where you can sit down and have a meal without too much noise. We keep things straightforward. The tables are set, the kitchen is working, and we wait for the day to start. Alkapuri is a nice part of town, very central. We've seen a lot of people come through those doors over time. Some are traveling for work, others just live nearby and don't feel like cooking. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It's just Zuma Restaurant. We have our staff, some have been here a long time, others are new. We work together to get the food out. Dealing with the hotel crowd means things are pretty steady. We open up, do the breakfast, then lunch, then dinner. It's a long day but that's the business. If you're around the Gym Khana or staying at the Hilton, you'll see where we are. Just walk in and find a table. We’ll be around to take your order when you are ready. It’s just a normal place that we run.
