I run my business out of B 7 in Madhuram Society. It is located on R C Dutt Road, which is a pretty major street around here. If you are looking for the office, just look for the Ajmeri Masjid; we are right near there. It’s a good spot because it is easy for people to find, even if they aren't from this exact neighborhood. I handle property matters, mostly for people I've known for a long time or folks who live in the society. My setup is very simple. I don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is just me and the work. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or meeting people at different sites to see what the condition of a building is like. R C Dutt Road can be a bit loud with all the traffic, but inside it is quiet enough to get things done. I like being close to the masjid because it’s a landmark everyone knows. People stop by to ask about rentals or if someone is selling a plot nearby. I try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. I've lived in this area for a long time, so I know the history of the buildings and who used to live where. It is more about personal connections than anything else. I just keep my books in order and try to help my neighbors out.
