Xylon Elecro Technic Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of Arun Complex, at number 36 in Alkapuri. It’s a decent building, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying heavy boxes. We’ve been here for a while, working on various electronic and technical components. The office isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. We’ve got workbenches lined up against the walls where we do most of our assembly and testing. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the occasional sound of a soldering iron or someone testing a circuit. We aren't the type of company that puts out a lot of advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes we stay late when a project is proving difficult to solve. The neighborhood is nice, with a few good places to grab lunch nearby. We try to keep a professional atmosphere, but we’re a relaxed group. We wear casual clothes and don’t worry too much about corporate titles. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is closest just grabs a tool and does it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology since we started, and we just keep learning as we go. It’s simple, steady work in a part of town we really enjoy being in. It works for us.
