We've been at Mangalkirti Complex in Fateganj for a while now. Most people know us because we're right across from the petrol pump. It’s a busy spot in Vadodara. We have shops three to five on the ground floor. It’s not fancy. We just keep the tables clean and try to get the food out while it's hot. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when students from the nearby hostel walk over. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Sometimes it gets loud, but that’s just how it is here. People stop by when they’re getting fuel or just passing through Fateganj. We didn't spend much on the decor, just some basic chairs and lights. It’s a simple place. We open up early and stay until the dinner rush settles down. My brother helps with the billing and I usually check on the kitchen. Vadodara has lots of places to eat, but we’re just a regular local spot for anyone who needs a meal. We don't have a website or anything like that. If you’re near the Mangalkirti building, you’ll see our sign. We keep the menu straightforward. Nothing too complicated or expensive. It's just food for everyday people. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late night, so it's better to come earlier if you want the full choice. We try our best to keep everyone happy without making a fuss.
