Utpann Events & Entertainment is based at Dandia Bazar, specifically in the Tukai Darshan building. It’s a lively area and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our office isn't very large, but we managed to fit everything we need into the space. We have a lot of folders and boxes filled with decorations and planning notes. We’ve been at this Dandia Bazar location for a while now and we like the energy of the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles, it’s more like a workshop where we sit around and figure out how to make things work. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through the details of the next event. Sometimes the building gets a bit busy and the stairs can be a workout if the lift is slow. We don’t really go for a polished look, we just have our desks and some posters on the walls from old projects. Most of the people who come to see us are from around here, so it feels very local. We try to keep things simple and not use any big words or confusing contracts. It’s just us doing what we can to get the job done from our little corner of Tukai Darshan. We work long hours when we have to, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s a real place run by real people who just like what they do.
