Aagra Tent Workers

This is Aagra Tent Workers. We are based over at Nizampura Banashankari 2nd Stage 401. It’s more of a warehouse than an office really. We have piles of folded fabric, long metal poles, and bundles of thick rope everywhere. Most of our time is spent out on different sites, not sitting around in the office. We load up the trucks early in the morning with all the heavy poles and the big sheets for the tents. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out and we have to hammer things into the ground for hours. We do weddings, small parties, or just whatever someone needs a cover for. Sometimes the fabric gets a bit dusty or needs a small patch, so we spend time fixing things up when we are back at the warehouse in the afternoons. It’s a lot of lifting and climbing up ladders to get everything straight. We aren't really the type to sit behind a desk and type emails all day. Usually, people just call us or come by the 401 address to talk about what they need for their event. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know how to make the tents stay up even when it gets a bit windy outside. It’s a simple job but it keeps us moving. Our clothes are usually covered in dust by the time we finish a setup. We go where we are needed and then come back.
