We are located on the first floor of a building on R C Dutt Road. Mass Pack Sols Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us who know a thing or two about packaging. We have been in this area for several years. R C Dutt Road is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We don't have a fancy storefront on the ground floor. You have to come upstairs to find us. It’s a simple office with a few workstations and some samples lying around. We spend most of our time talking to people about their packing needs. It’s not complicated work, but it needs to be done right. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to us. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big order comes in. We just take it one step at a time. The first floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep us cool. We've got a lot of history on this road. We know the tea stall downstairs and the other folks in the building. It’s a nice little community we have here. We don't use any high-tech systems, just simple methods that have worked for us for a long time. It is just a normal office with normal people doing normal work. That is who we are at Mass Pack Sols.
