Toral Events

Our little office, A-44 in Nathiba Nagar, is right near the Corporation School in Harni Colony. It’s a quiet enough part of Vadodara, which is nice because the rest of our job is anything but quiet. Toral Events is just us trying to make sense of people's plans. We spend a lot of time on Harni Road, driving back and forth to meet vendors. It’s not a glamorous life. We spend a lot of time worrying about things like whether the stage is the right height or if the drapes are the right shade of red. We’ve had times where we had to redo everything at the last minute because someone changed their mind. You just learn to breathe and get on with it. We don't have fancy brochures or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We just have a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of passion for getting things right. We know the local markets in Vadodara well, and we know who to call when we need something unusual. It’s a lot of legwork. We are just regular people who happened to be good at organizing chaos. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us mid-argument about a floral arrangement or a catering menu. It’s how we work, and it seems to get the job done for the families who hire us year after year.
