Tandoor A Garden Restaurant

Tandoor A Garden Restaurant is out in Waghodia, specifically in Village Limda. Being a bit away from the main Vadodara city, it is a bit quieter here, though the road can still get some heavy trucks going to the nearby factories. We have a garden area where people can sit outside. It is nice in the evenings when the sun goes down and there is a bit of a breeze. We have some plants and small trees around the tables to make it feel more natural. The village vibe is definitely there. We see a lot of students from the nearby colleges and families who want to drive out for a bit of a change. The setup is quite simple, nothing like the big restaurants in the city center. We have a few staff members from the local village who help us out. The kitchen stays busy late into the night because people around here like to eat late. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just deal with it. It is not a polished place with uniforms and managers. It is more of a family-run feel where things are a bit loose. We focus on getting the food out and making sure the garden looks okay. It is a long day for us, starting from the morning prep to closing up the gates late at night. Limda is a small place, and we have become a familiar spot.
