Our office for Tam Media Research is located on the first floor of Nilay Apartment in Baroda. It’s right near the LIC Colony in Hari Nagar, off Gotri Road. It’s a quiet residential-feeling area, which is perfect for the kind of research work we do. Being in an apartment building means it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office. There’s a kitchen where we make our own tea and a balcony where we can take a breather. We spend our days looking at data and media trends, which requires a lot of concentration. It’s not a flashy job, and we don't try to make it sound like it is. We just collect the numbers and organize them so they make sense. The neighborhood is nice, with trees along the road and a bit of a slower pace than the big cities. We like it here. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, or you can smell someone cooking lunch nearby. It makes the workday feel more human. We aren't a massive corporate machine; we’re just a team of people in Baroda doing our bit. We don’t have a big marketing budget for ourselves, and we don't really need one. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know where Nilay Apartment is. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward job. We keep the files organized, the computers running, and the data flowing without making a big deal out of it. It's just research, done by real people in a real neighborhood.
