Down in Baroda, specifically in the Gorwa area, you’ll find our office. We are tucked away in Siddharth Nagar Society, right behind Shantiniketan School. It’s actually quite a quiet spot most of the time, except when school lets out. We spend our days looking at data and media stuff. It isn’t always the most exciting thing to talk about at dinner, but it’s what we do here. The office is in B7, and it’s been our base for quite some time now. We don’t have a big fancy glass building like those companies in Mumbai. Instead, we have a comfortable space where we can actually think. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, and the desks are a bit cluttered with papers and charts. Research takes a lot of patience. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking numbers and making sure things make sense. It’s a lot of back and forth between team members. We aren’t really into those big corporate slogans you see on billboards. We just try to get the research right so people have the information they need. Baroda is a good city for this kind of work. It’s steady and people here appreciate a job done properly without too much fuss. If you’re ever near Panchvati, you might see us heading out for lunch. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here with a focus on doing the task at hand.
