Our office is located on the first floor of number one, Ajanta Society, right on Race Course Road. It’s a decent area and a bit more relaxed than the main markets. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout some days. We deal mostly with cotton, so there are always samples and files related to different grades of fabric lying around. The office isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or working on the computer, talking to suppliers and checking on orders. Race Course Road is a good spot, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman knows exactly where we are without looking. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the daily business of managing cotton supplies. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples, but that’s just part of the job. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the books. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a quiet workplace where we get our tasks done. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we just keep things moving along steadily. We just try to stay organized among all the cotton fluff.
