You can find our office over at 202/303 on the 4th Cross, just off Lalbagh Road near Padra Road. It is a decent enough office space where we handle all the administrative side of the hospitality work we do. We have people coming and going throughout the day, mostly staff checking their schedules or vendors dropping off various supplies for the week. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons when there is a big influx of bookings to manage. The desks are usually piled high with printed schedules and invoices that need sorting. We have been doing this for a while now and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a functional place to get the job done. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, making sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and gets a bit noisy, so we just open the windows and deal with the street sounds instead. It is a practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive designer furniture because we would rather put that into the equipment we use. The kitchen area is quite small, but there is always a fresh pot of tea going. We know most of our regulars by name, and many of our staff have been with us for years. It is just about keeping things running.
