We are situated near the Tube Company, which most people around here know. Our shop is on the ground floor of the complex, so it’s easy for people to just walk in. Old Padra Road is a major street, and there is always a lot of traffic passing by. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is clean. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking the stocks and talking to suppliers. We don't have a corporate setup. It’s just a regular local business. We have a few staff members who help us out every day. The Sapphire Complex has other shops too, so we know the people working next door. It’s a friendly enough spot. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s just functional. Most of our customers are people who work in the nearby offices or live in the apartments around here. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the tables are cleared.
