We've been here at the Shyamwala Complex on Panigate Road for quite a while now. Most people in Vadodara know this area, especially with it being right opposite the Bhadra Kachery. It's a busy spot with lots of traffic. We handle all sorts of things for events. Sometimes it's a small family thing at home, and other times it's a big wedding that takes over a whole ground. The office is usually a bit messy with floor plans and checklists lying everywhere. We spend most of our time out on sites though. It gets really hot in Vadodara during the summer months, but the work doesn't stop just because of the sun. People come in looking for chairs, tents, or someone to just get the whole event organized. We know the local vendors around Pani Gate and where to find things quickly when someone forgets an item. It's not a fancy corporate setup here. Just some desks and a lot of phone calls going back and forth all day. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we can barely hear the customers on the phone. But that's just how it is in this part of town. We just get on with it and make sure the decorations are up and the food stays warm for the guests. It's hard work, especially when things change at the last minute. We’ve seen it all. From rain washing out a lawn party to power cuts in the middle of a speech. We just deal with it. You might see us loading trucks in the morning.
