Shreeji Catereing Service

We are over at 39, Santinagar Society-1, which is right near Prabhat Colony on Waghodia Road. Shreeji Catereing Service has its roots right here in this part of town. The area is always buzzing, especially with the shops nearby. Our place in Santinagar Society is where the magic happens, if you want to call it that. It is mostly just a lot of steam and the sound of knives on cutting boards. We are close to Prabhat Colony, so it is easy for people to find us if they are in the Waghodia Road area. The building is simple, nothing that stands out too much from the other houses. Inside, though, we have everything set up for large-scale cooking. We spend a lot of time cleaning the lentils and checking the spices. It’s a daily grind. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting into the narrow lanes of Santinagar Society-1, but we manage. We’ve had to learn how to pack things tightly so nothing spills on the bumpy roads. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use fancy software or anything, just a few notebooks and a lot of experience. People stop by 39, Santinagar Society-1 to talk about their events, and we just sit down and figure out what they need over a cup of tea. It works for us.
