Shree Asha Saree Centre

Our little shop, Shree Asha Saree Centre, is located at 18 Mangal Bazar Vintage Pearl, 29th Road Vadodara. It’s a pretty busy area and sometimes the traffic on 29th Road gets a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't one of those big, fancy showrooms you see in the malls. We’re just a regular local business trying to do things the right way. The shop is tucked into Vintage Pearl, and while it might be a bit cramped when we get a lot of new sarees in, it feels like home to us. Most days, I’m here early to sweep the floor and get everything ready before the first people start trickling in from Mangal Bazar. It’s a lot of work keeping all the different colors and fabrics organized, and sometimes the stacks get a little messy when it’s a busy Saturday. We don’t have any slick marketing or a big sales team. It’s usually just us and maybe a family member helping out. We just like sarees and enjoy seeing people find something they actually like. The lighting in here isn't perfect, but it shows the real colors of the cloth. We’ve been in Vadodara for a long time and know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a simple life, running the shop and making sure we have enough variety for whoever stops by. We just take it one day at a time. It's fine.
