Gotri Road is one of those places that never really sleeps. We spend our time looking at maps and coordinating with drivers. It’s not just about booking trips; it’s about making sure the vehicles are ready. We deal with a lot of schedules every day. The Pach Rasta is always full of traffic, so there is a constant background noise of horns and engines. We have a small desk and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we mostly rely on our notes and memory. It’s a straightforward travel business. We’ve been at this spot in Shroff Nagar for a good while. The neighbors at the bank see us coming and going all the time. Sometimes we stay late to make sure everything is set for the next morning's departures. It’s a lot of coordination.
