Shiv Shakti Faraskhana

Shiv Shakti Faraskhana is tucked away near Station Road, right on 1st Cross RT Street. If you know the area, you know it’s always a bit chaotic with people coming from the railway station. We handle all the stuff you need for functions. Tents, chairs, carpets, and lights. It’s a lot of heavy lifting. One day we are loading metal poles onto a truck, and the next we are folding up huge pieces of fabric. The warehouse stays pretty full, so there isn't much room to walk around inside. We spend most of our time out at different sites setting things up for people. Weddings, small parties, or community events—we see it all. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to work in the rain to make sure a tent stays up properly. It’s not a glamorous job. You get dirty and tired, but the work is steady. We’ve been on RT Street for a long time, so most of the locals just walk in when they need something for a family gathering. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we just keep the inventory moving from one event to the next. The stock is always changing as things get worn out and we bring in new stuff to replace the old chairs and cloths. It is just honest work.
