Sheesh Mahal Restaurant

We are located at Sheesh Mahal Restaurant on the ground floor of Atlantis Heights. Our shop number is 8. It’s right on Shree Vikram Sarabhai Marg, which most people around here just know as being near Genda Circle in the Vadi Wadi area. Vadodara is growing fast, and this part of town, around Genda Circle, is always humming with cars and people going to work. Atlantis Heights is a newer building, so it has a bit of a modern feel to it compared to the older parts of the city. We’ve been operating out of this ground floor space for a while now. Our day usually starts with the sound of the traffic outside picking up. We spend our time prepping the kitchen and setting up the tables. It’s a lot of cleaning, chopping, and getting ready for the people who come in from the nearby offices or the apartments around Genda Circle. We don't really do anything fancy here; we just try to keep the service moving so people can get their food and get back to their day. It’s a practical spot for a meal. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the peak hours, and we have to move fast to keep up. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the restaurant is ready for whoever stops by while they're out in the Vadi Wadi area.
