SAN Sizzlers

You can find SAN Sizzlers at 83, Mangal Dhara Complex. We are right on the ground floor in Alkapuri, Vadodara, specifically in the Sampatrao Colony area, 390007. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops around us. We’ve got the sizzler plates going most of the day, so there’s usually a bit of smoke and a lot of noise in the kitchen. It’s not a quiet, fancy dining room. It’s more of a place where friends come to hang out and eat something hot. The floors get a bit sticky sometimes when it's busy, but we mop them as fast as we can. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us and the staff trying to get the orders out. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if the place is full, but people seem to wait anyway. Alkapuri is a good place to be, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare around the complex. We just keep the doors open and the grill hot. We don't bother with fancy descriptions or mission statements. We just serve what we have. It’s a local business and we’re here every day. The Mangal Dhara Complex has been our home for a while. It’s a bit cramped when it’s crowded, but that’s just the way it goes. We’re just regular people running a kitchen in Vadodara. The napkins are just plain paper and the chairs are a bit heavy to move around.
