Ruches Restaurant

Ruches Restaurant is on the ground floor of Shrusti Avenue on Water Tank Road in Karelibaug, Vadodara. We are right opposite the Amrapali Complex, which is a big landmark that everyone around here knows. Karelibaug is a nice residential area and our place fits right into the neighborhood. We are not a very large restaurant, just a small, cozy spot where people from nearby houses come to eat. We do not have any expensive decor or fancy lighting. It is just a clean place with some tables and chairs where you can sit down with your family. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen making sure the food is ready for the day. Every morning starts with us checking the vegetables and getting the stoves going. Since we are a small team, we handle everything from taking the orders to cleaning the tables ourselves. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic on Sunday nights when everyone decides to eat out at the same time. We know many of our customers by name because they have been coming to us for years. It is a quiet kind of life compared to the city center. We just focus on our work and try to keep things simple. If you are walking down Water Tank Road, you will see us right there. It is just a regular local place doing its thing.
