Red China

Red China is located at Shivdarshan Society on Vasna Road in Vadodara. We are right near the D Mart, so it’s a spot a lot of people pass when they are out doing their shopping for the week. We have been here in the 390007 area for a good bit of time now. It’s a neighborhood place mostly. We get families from the nearby societies and people who are just tired after walking around the market. The restaurant isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to the regulars. Dealing with the daily crowd keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the parking on Vasna Road can be a bit of a headache, but people usually find a way. We try to keep things simple and honest here. There is no big corporate office or anything like that, just us running the place day to day. We have our routine down. Morning is for prep work and then we open up for the lunch crowd. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons before picking up again in the evening. It is a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the local community here in Vadodara. Most folks know us as the small spot near the store. We just do what we can to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss.
