Rasa Restaurant

Our restaurant, Rasa Restaurant, is located inside the Nidra Hotel at 1275, Ward 7, in the Fateganj area of Vadodara. We are pretty easy to find since we are near the Seven Seas mall and right across from the PNB Bank in Fateganj. The pin code here is 390002. Being inside a hotel means we serve a mix of people staying at the Nidra and locals who just walk in from the street. The space is set up to handle the daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts. It’s a lot of routine work, like setting the tables and making sure the kitchen is stocked up. Fateganj is a busy part of Vadodara, so there’s always something happening outside. We don’t use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just a team of people working in a restaurant. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the hotel change quite a bit. We just focus on the food and making sure the dining room is ready for whoever comes in. It’s a standard setup with a kitchen, a seating area, and a staff that works hard to keep things moving. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to get through the day, serve the meals, and prepare for the next morning. It’s a practical business in a good location, and we just keep it running day by day. This has been our routine for quite some time now.
