Raju Omlet is situated in the Indraprasth Complex on VIP Road in Vadodara. If you are looking for us, we are right next to Urjita Hospital. VIP Road is a very busy part of the city, and there is always a lot of car and scooter traffic going past. We have been here for quite some time now, and the shop is usually full of the sound of eggs cracking and the hiss of the pan. It is a small spot in the complex, but we make it work. We do not really do anything besides eggs, but we do them in a lot of different ways. The onions and green chillies are chopped fresh every morning, and that smell stays with you. We do not have fancy decorations or much space for sitting, so people often stand around or eat quickly. It is a bit of a chaotic place during the peak hours, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out. The staff knows exactly what they are doing and they work fast. Being near the hospital means we see all sorts of people at all hours. We keep the lights on and the stove hot for as long as we can. Vadodara has a lot of food spots, but we have managed to stay right here on VIP Road by just doing the same thing day after day. It is an honest living and we enjoy the bustle of the Indraprasth Complex.
