Pushp Fresh Flowers Creation

Our little flower place is at 1/A Kamlapark Society, right near Bhagini Samaj in Karelibaug. It’s a nice area of Karelibaug, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. Every morning starts very early, usually before the sun is even up, when the fresh loads of flowers arrive from the farms. The air inside always smells like roses and marigolds, though after a few hours of working, you kind of stop noticing it. We spend a lot of time trimming stems and keeping everything in buckets of water so they don't wilt in the afternoon heat. There’s always some water on the floor, so we wear rubber sandals to keep our feet dry while we work. It’s not a fancy boutique; it’s more of a workshop where we put together bundles and different arrangements. Sometimes people from the society pop in just to say hello or buy a few loose blooms for their morning prayers at home. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the petals without bruising them. During the wedding seasons, the place gets absolutely chaotic with petals everywhere and we barely have time to sit down or eat. But most days it is just a steady flow of work. We like being part of the Karelibaug community and seeing the same faces every week. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
