We are situated on the ground floor of Regent Tower, which is right on Race Course Road in Vadodara. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Income Tax Office, which is a big landmark in this part of town. Being on the ground floor means people can just duck in from the street pretty easily. Race Course Road is usually packed with cars and people heading to work, so there is always a lot of movement right outside our windows. Inside, it is just a normal restaurant setup. We don’t go in for anything too decorative or expensive. The tables are sturdy and the kitchen is always busy with the sound of pots and pans. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is in a hurry. We spend a lot of our morning getting the ingredients ready and making sure we have enough for the day. It’s a lot of physical work, standing on our feet and dealing with the heat from the stoves. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us here, doing the cooking and serving whoever comes in. Some of the staff have been with us for a long time, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. It can get a bit loud when the place is full, but that’s just how it is. We are just a local business on a busy Vadodara street.
