PUNJABI CORNER

Punjabi Corner is located at Berry Corner, which is right on the P F Office Road in Akota. If you live in Vadodara, you know this part of town gets quite a lot of traffic during office hours because of all the government buildings and schools nearby. We are close to the Radhakrishna Society, so we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It’s a nice little spot on the corner that doesn't take up too much room, but we make it work. The morning usually starts with us getting the supplies delivered and setting up the kitchen. It’s a bit of a routine now, from cleaning the floors to getting the first pots of tea going. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how to handle the rush when the offices let out. The road outside is always busy with scooters and cars honking, but inside we just focus on the cooking. Akota is a lively area, and being at Berry Corner puts us right in the path of everyone heading home after a long day. We kept the name simple because that’s what we are—just a corner spot for Punjabi food. There’s no fancy decor or expensive furniture here. We just have what’s necessary to get the job done and keep the space clean for the people who stop by for a quick bite.
