Pujjabi Rasoi

Our kitchen is located on Jetalpur Road in Vadodara. We are right opposite the Tansha Comfort Regency Hotel, so we get a lot of visitors who are staying there and looking for something to eat nearby. Vadodara is a city that loves its food, and we have been part of the local scene for a bit now. We focus on Punjabi style cooking, which is why we called the place Pujjabi Rasoi. The kitchen is always busy and it gets pretty hot back there, especially when we have all the stoves going at once. We are not a very large place, but we have enough room for people to sit and enjoy their meal. Jetalpur Road is quite a major street, so there is a lot of traffic and activity throughout the day and into the night. We start our preparations early to make sure the gravies and breads are ready for the lunch crowd. It is a lot of manual work and we have a small crew that helps us keep everything moving. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that, we just rely on people walking by or hearing about us from their friends. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and simple. It is just about serving good, filling meals to whoever walks through our door, whether they are locals or tourists staying across the street.
