Polyseal Engineers

Polyseal Engineers is located in the Makarpura GIDC area in Vadodara. If you know this part of Gujarat, you know it's full of factories and workshops. Our unit is at 905/9. It gets really hot in the summer months, especially with the machines running. We spend most of our hours on the floor, checking parts and making sure the seals are right. There's always a bit of dust and the smell of oil in the air. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned meetings all day. Mostly, we are in our work clothes, dealing with whatever comes up that morning. The GIDC is a busy place, so there’s always trucks moving around and noise from the neighbors. We’ve stayed in this same spot for quite some time now. It’s a practical space, nothing fancy to look at. We have a small cabin for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out where the tools are. People around here know us as the ones who just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. This is just a place where we come to work, fix things, and send them out. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. That’s just the way a real workshop operates. We don't mind the noise.
