Unlike some of the big industrial zones, our spot is a bit more settled into the local neighborhood area. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our work revolves around engineering and sealing solutions, which sounds more complicated than it actually is when you’re doing it every single day. The office and the workspace are pretty much joined together into one area. It’s a busy place with papers on the desks and various parts on the shelves. We don't have a big fancy lobby for people to wait in. Most people who visit us are regular clients who know exactly where to go when they arrive. We spend our time looking at technical specs and making sure the seals we produce are going to hold up under pressure. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the old clock ticking on the wall. We like the balance of the work. It’s a small operation, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything like that. We just talk to people plainly about what they need and see if we can help them out. It’s been working for us for years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details.
