Parmar Mechanical Enggineering Works

It gets pretty loud here at Plot No. 989/2 in Gidc, especially in the mornings when all the machines start humming at once. We’ve been running Parmar Mechanical Enggineering Works from this spot for quite some time now, and honestly, the place has seen better days, but it works for what we do. Most days, you’ll find us covered in a bit of grease or metal shavings because there’s always something that needs fixing or a part that needs to be turned on the lathe. It isn’t the fanciest workshop you’ll ever walk into, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we know where every tool is kept. People around the industrial estate know us as the guys who just get on with the job without making too much of a fuss. We don’t have a big front office with fancy chairs or air conditioning that actually works well. Instead, we have a couple of desks piled with drawings and some old tea cups. Usually, we are just focused on the metalwork and making sure the dimensions are right before anything leaves the floor. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s a simple way of living and working, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just try to do honest work and keep the machines running for everyone who relies on them.
