It's a busy part of town, always trucks moving in and out, but we managed to find our rhythm here. We’ve got our machinery set up and the guys know exactly what they are doing. It isn’t always quiet, but that is just part of being in an industrial area like this. We don’t spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. Usually, we are just focused on the work at hand. The floor gets a bit cluttered sometimes when we have a lot of orders, but we know where everything is. People around the estate know us as the ones who just keep their heads down and work. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to operate. The weather gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going and just push through the day. It’s an honest way to make a living.
