Patel Caterers

Our place is located at 19 Suruchi Park on Vishwamitri Road. We are quite close to the Laxminarayan Temple here in Manjalpur. Patel Caterers is basically a family-run kind of operation. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen or out at different venues. When we are at the office in Suruchi Park, we are usually going over menus or checking our supply lists. Catering is a lot of heavy lifting and long hours on your feet. We have big pots, crates of plates, and all sorts of cooking equipment stored here. Manjalpur is a nice, quiet neighborhood for the most part, though Vishwamitri Road can get a bit busy during the day. We’ve been serving food for local gatherings and parties for a long time. It’s hard work, making sure everything is cooked and arrives on time. We don't really have a fancy storefront, just our home base where we do all the prep and planning. You’ll often find us loading or unloading the vans out front. It’s a lot of cleaning, chopping, and organizing. We just focus on making sure the food is ready and there’s enough of it for the group. Being near the temple is a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just get on with the cooking and the cleaning day after day. It's what we do for the customers in our area. The kitchen gets hot, but that is just part of the job.
