Parul Restaurant

Parul Restaurant is located in the Asscn Shopping Centre in Por. Being at 137/8 means we see a lot of people who are just passing through Vadodara. The shopping center isn't the newest, but it stays busy enough for us. We serve mostly local food that people around here like to eat for lunch. There is a lot of traffic nearby because of the industrial area, so we get a lot of workers coming in during their break. They want something fast and filling, and we try to give them that. The 391243 area is quite practical, not much for sightseeing. Our kitchen is small, but we keep it organized. I spend most of my day at the cash counter or checking on the vegetable delivery in the morning. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with candles for a bit, but the customers are used to it. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. Just a board with the name on it. It’s a family-run spot and we take turns doing the chores. It is nothing special to look at from the outside, but we keep the food honest and the water cold. It’s just how we run things here in Por. It is not a place for a fancy date, but it fills the belly well.
