Oxford The Events & Promos

We've been at the Akota Road location for a while now. It's upstairs on the first floor in Ram Nagar Society. People usually find us by looking for the Dinesh Mill landmark nearby. We handle events and promos. It's mostly just local work, setting up things and making sure people see the promotions that companies want to run. We've got a small team here. We deal with the day-to-day stuff of organizing everything. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when things are busy. We just try to get the jobs done. The office isn't fancy, just a workspace with some desks and paper. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We started out small and we have pretty much stayed that way. Most of our work comes from people nearby or businesses in the area. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls here. It's a lot of coordination between different people. If you're coming by to see us, just look for the sign near the stairs. We try to stay organized but with events, there is always something unexpected happening at the last minute. We just handle it as it comes. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. Being behind Dinesh Mill makes it easy to explain where we are located to delivery drivers. We like it here in Akota, it’s a good spot for us.
