Orizon The Restaurant

If you know the Akota area in Vadodara, you’ve probably seen us on Mujmahuda Road. We are pretty close to Krishna Shanti Society. Our restaurant isn't trying to be the most modern place in the city. We just have tables and a menu that we’ve used for a while. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. You can hear the pans clanking and the chefs talking from the dining room sometimes. It's a family-oriented spot, so on weekends, it gets quite loud with kids and big groups. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. We think the food is what matters, so we focus on getting that right. The staff have been with us for a good bit of time, and they know how to handle the rush. Sometimes we run out of the specials before the night is over, which is just part of how we run things. We buy our vegetables fresh, so things change based on what’s available. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it’s full, and the parking outside can be a headache, but people seem to make it work. We’re just a local business trying to serve decent meals to our neighbors. It’s not complicated, just hard work and keeping the stove hot. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping the customers fed and the plates moving from the kitchen to the tables every single evening.
