Nayab Restaurant

Nayab Restaurant is over in Akota, Vadodara. We are in the Saptgiri Complex, specifically units 29 to 32. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Taj Residency. We have been at this location for a good bit of time. It’s a decent sized place but we don't try to make it look like a palace. We just have some tables and chairs and a kitchen that works hard. We don't have any fancy business degrees or marketing plans. It is just a local restaurant where we cook things we know people like to eat. The complex is quite busy most days, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Inside, we just focus on the orders. We use ingredients from the local shops and try to keep everything consistent. Sometimes we might run out of something if the day is busier than we expected. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us and a few helpers making sure things run okay. The air conditioning is a bit old but it does the job most of the time. We get a lot of people who are staying at the hotels nearby because it’s a short walk for them. We don't do anything special with the presentation. It’s just food on a plate. We are here every day from morning till night just trying to keep the business going as best as we can.
