Nakoda Products

Nakoda Products is out in the GIDC Estate in Waghodia. We have units 1102 and 1103. It’s a big industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and a lot of activity throughout the day. We manufacture different items here. The floor is usually busy with people moving things and machines running. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to that after the first week of working here. We aren't one of those high-tech companies with a lot of shiny glass and modern furniture. Our walls are plain and there’s usually some grease on the floor near the heavy machines. We mostly focus on getting the products out the door on time. The staff here is mostly local folks from around the Waghodia area. We eat our lunch together in the small break area near the back. It’s a simple life for us. We don’t have much in the way of a front office, just a small desk where we keep the invoices and the phone. If someone comes by to see us, they usually just walk right into the work area to find whoever they need. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. We know most of the other business owners in the GIDC and we try to help each other out with tools or advice when it's needed. It’s a tight community in this part of the estate. We just keep making our products.
