Zenith Industries

Zenith Industries is located at Plot No. 991-3a. We are part of the Gidc Ind. Estate community, which is basically a maze of similar-looking buildings. Our unit has a small yard in front where we park our scooters and leave some of the bigger scraps. Inside, it’s organized chaos. We know where everything is, even if it doesn't look like it to a stranger. The floor is mostly covered in sawdust or metal shavings depending on what we did that day. We have a couple of fans that blow the air around, but it’s still pretty warm. The work is mostly manual. We don't use much automation here. It’s about being careful and taking the time to get things right. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that's just part of the process. We don't have a boss who wears a suit; the owner is usually right there on the floor with everyone else, getting his hands dirty. We drink a lot of water throughout the day. In the evenings, we clean up the main area so it’s ready for the next morning. There’s nothing very special about it, just a group of people doing their jobs day in and day out. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind the noise. We just keep going.
