Max-Well Engineers

Max-Well Engineers is based in Gidc Ind. Estate, specifically in Gajanand Chambers. We have the space at Plot No. 101-303. It’s a bit of an older building but it serves our purpose well enough. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar stuff. It’s a lot of movement and noise throughout the day. We focus on engineering tasks, mostly the kind of things that require a bit of patience and some heavy tools. The office part of it is pretty small because most of the action happens where the machines are. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy furniture or carpets. We keep things pretty simple and functional. Sometimes the power goes out in this area and everything comes to a halt, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We just wait it out and get back to work once it’s back on. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need much instruction anymore. It’s just a matter of getting the drawings and making sure the parts are right. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just one that gets the work done right without a lot of fuss. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving along.
