Mahi Valley Restaurant

Mahi Valley Restaurant is tucked away on Gotri Road in Vadodara. We're situated near the road that goes to Sindh Village, close to the Umeda Bridge. It's a bit of a drive out here, but that is what people seem to like about it. It is quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We have a lot of space around us because we are near the village of Sindhrot. Most days, it is just us and the kitchen team getting ready for the evening rush. We are not a high-end establishment with white tablecloths. It is more of a casual place where you can bring your family and not worry about being too loud. The menu is stuff we like to eat ourselves. We spend a lot of time sourcing ingredients from the local markets around Vadodara. The bridge is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. We have seen the area change quite a bit over the years, but we have stayed pretty much the same. It is a lot of hard work running a restaurant out here, but we enjoy seeing people enjoy their food. We do not have a big corporate office or anything. It is just a bunch of us working in the kitchen and serving tables. If you want a meal away from the city noise, we are usually here. We just keep the stoves hot and the gates open.
