If you are looking for Lucky Group Agency, we are actually located inside the office of Lipi Tours & Travels on Rajmahal Road. It’s a bit of a shared space situation which works out okay for us. Rajmahal Road is always packed with traffic and people going somewhere. Our desk is tucked away in the corner. We handle a lot of different agency tasks, mostly paperwork and coordination. It’s not a quiet place because of the travel agency side of things, so there are always people coming in to ask about bus tickets or trips. We just sit there with our files and our phones. Sometimes it gets a little confusing with two businesses in one spot but we have a system. The building itself is older, and you can feel the history of the road when you walk in. We don’t have any big posters or neon lights. It’s just a plain office with wooden desks and a lot of registers. We spend most of our day talking to clients or writing down notes. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just the basic stuff that has worked for years. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we are on a call. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers nearby are all friends. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
