Down here in Vadodara, specifically at Survey No 35 823, is where you will find us. We go by Lakshya Events & Talent Management Pvt Ltd, but really, it’s just a group of us working out of this space. It’s a bit out of the main city center, which makes it a little quieter than the busy markets, though the heat still finds us. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some boards where we pin up notes and a few phones that never seem to stop ringing for long. It’s the kind of place where things can get a bit chaotic when there is a lot going on, but we usually know where everything is. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to guests; we are more concerned with just getting the work finished on time. The floors are plain, and the chairs are just the basic kind you find in any local business around here. Most of our time is spent coordinating things over the phone or staring at schedules on the wall. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we do every day. We’ve been at this Vadodara location for a while now, and the routine has become second nature to all of us. There is always something to do, so we just keep our heads down and get on with the next thing. We aren't big on formalities, just getting the job done.
