Kesari Nandan Dining Hall

Our dining hall is found at Shop Number A-1 in the Nutan Bharat Society, which is over in Alkapuri, Vadodara. It’s a pretty well-known area and we’ve been tucked away here for a while. We aren't one of those big, shiny restaurants you see in the malls. This is just a dining hall where people come to get a meal and a bit of a break. The space isn't huge, but we make sure there is enough room for everyone to sit down comfortably. We have a small team of people here who have been working together for years. Most of us live nearby, so we know the neighborhood quite well. In the mornings, you can hear us getting the pots and pans ready from the street. It’s a lot of manual work, from cleaning the vegetables to making sure the tables are wiped down properly. We don't really do any advertising or have a social media page. Most people find us because they live in the society or work in Alkapuri. It is a simple life and we like it that way. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded during the dinner rush, but we just keep going. We don’t have any big fancy ideas. We just open the doors and get to work every single morning. It’s just a local spot for honest food without any extra fuss or polish. We just focus on the daily chores to keep things moving along.
