Kala Event Managment

We are based at 26, Alankar Tower, which is right near Kalyan Cafe in Sayaji Ganj. Kala Event Managment isn’t a huge company. It’s just a small office where we handle all the bookings. Being near the cafe is great because we go there for snacks all the time. Our space is filled with clipboards and calendars. We spend most of our time coordinating with different people to make sure things go okay. It is often quite hectic and the phone rings more than I’d like. We have some samples of decorations and flowers sitting in buckets. Sometimes the office smells like lilies. It’s not a very fancy place, just a workspace with some old posters on the wall. We’ve had this spot in Alankar Tower for quite some time. The parking around here is tough, but we make do. We are usually out and about at different venues, so the office is often empty during the day. When we are here, we are usually busy typing or talking to vendors. We don't have any big missions or goals written on the walls. We just try to get the jobs done. It is a lot of work and sometimes we get pretty tired. But we keep going. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the paperwork and it gets very quiet in the tower.
